Account Registration and Eligibility
To register an account with hfb77, you must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each person may hold only one hfb77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. hfb77 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any player found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately suspended and all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts constitute fraud and will be treated accordingly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hfb77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent hfb77 support. hfb77 staff will never request your password. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and may vary by payment method. hfb77 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the payment account used must belong to the registered player.
Withdrawal requests are processed by hfb77 as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and current transaction volumes. hfb77 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. hfb77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the resolution of any suspected fraudulent activity or ongoing investigations.
All transactions on hfb77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hfb77 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs associated with an international payment method used in contravention of these Terms are borne entirely by the player. hfb77 accepts no liability for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
hfb77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any funds derived from bonus winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable time frame will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
hfb77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets with the primary intent of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, and colluding with other players to qualify for promotions.
The hfb77 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per device, per household. Players who have previously held an hfb77 account — regardless of whether that account was closed voluntarily or suspended — are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new registration. The welcome bonus must be activated from the promotions section within 14 days of the qualifying deposit or it will expire.
Game Rules, Results and Disputes
All games on hfb77 are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective game studio or sports data provider. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result and a player's expectation, the result recorded in hfb77's system and in the game studio's server logs shall be deemed authoritative.
hfb77 reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where there has been a technical malfunction, a data feed error, or where the integrity of the game or event has been compromised. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. hfb77 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancelled rounds or voided bets.
Any dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter must be submitted to hfb77 via email at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. hfb77 will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time frame. The decision of hfb77 on all disputes shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hfb77: using automated scripts, bots or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities; engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of cheating; using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity; placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge; and sharing access to your account with any third party. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension and Termination
hfb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; failure to comply with identity verification requests; or where required by applicable law or regulatory requirement. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hfb77 will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and communicate with the player where possible.
A player may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting hfb77 at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should state this clearly when contacting support so that the account is flagged accordingly.

Amendments to These Terms
hfb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
